CARF Accreditation Of Healthcare Organizations
|
We have the (CARF) Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. They hold us to the highest standards, just as the same as hospitals are held to.
Look For The Gold Seal Of Approval In order to become a CARF accredited Christian Addiction Recovery Center, we had to go through strict evaluations and guidelines by an expertly trained commission surveyor against their set of national standards. In the end we were awarded CARF’s Gold Seal of Approval due to our ability to easily adhere to all policies and procedures required. What Is CARF & How Does It Work? Founded in 1966, The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities is dedicated to continuously improving the safety and quality of the nation’s healthcare providers through voluntary accreditation. CARF evaluates the quality and safety of care for almost 60,000 health care organizations. To maintain and earn accreditation, organizations must have an extensive on-site review by a team of CARF health care professionals, at least once every three years. |
The purpose of the review is to evaluate our Christian Drug Rehab Centers performance in areas that affect your care and to ensure continual adherence to all the guidelines.
The CARF Commission is governed by a Board of Commissioners that includes physicians, administrators, nurses, employers, labor representatives, health plan leaders, quality experts, ethicists and consumer advocates and educators. CARF standards address our Christian rehab's level of performance in key functional areas, such as patient rights, patient treatment, medication, safety and infection control. CARF standards focus on setting expectations for our Christian Recovery Program's actual performance and for assessing our ability to provide ongoing safe as well as high quality care.
Consumers have the right to contact CARF's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a CARF Commission-accredited health care organization, or about those facilities seeking accreditation, by either calling 1-866-510-2273 or email feedback@carf.org
