Are you an alcoholic that is Court ordered for treatment? Discover 10 Ways to making your steps for recovery with the legal system much more enjoyable!
Our Christian Residential Treatment Center is approved as one of the 12 step alternatives to Drug Court, as we are state licensed. Call 1-385-345-4115. Are you an alcoholic? Does it seem like people are asking you that question more frequently than they ask your friends after a night out on the town? Do you know how alcohol and alcoholism depend upon each other? We have those answers for you. We invite you to call us and talk to one of our peer support staff and find out if our non-religious 12 Step Program is right for you. If you are honest with us, we can assess your symptoms of alcohol abuse and explain how the alcoholic 12 Steps can work for you, especially within the Court system. |
Here at our Christian alcohol Recovery Center, we have specially trained staff that have years of experience in dealing with Court systems, probation and parole officers, as well as a number of Criminal Justice agencies. We are well known and trusted within the community, and worked over time to build those relationships that will serve our patients the best. We accompany patients to local Court dates for support and also to answer any questions the Judge or prosecutor may have regarding our program and your Christian treatment while here.
Criminal charges often get forgotten in the chaos of addiction. When patients sober up, one of the tasks they are challenged to complete is to clean up their mess. This often includes dealing with the criminal courts. This can be a scary time for patients. They are often surprised to learn how many “Failure to Appear” warrants they have. We have special access to your local Court history through the Criminal Justice system so we can help you sort all of this out.
This is a great time in our country where from the President on down, our leaders are recognizing the need for good, expert treatment for substance use disorders. This means Judges and prosecutors are more sympathetic to those appearing in Court who are already in treatment.
We will make sure that if you are court ordered, we will work closely with that Court to ensure your Christian treatment is not interrupted. We cannot promise you that incarceration is out of the question, but in our experience we have seen Judges suspend jail time with the condition that the patient successfully complete their treatment.
A lot of programs won’t go this extra mile when it comes to criminal charges. They believe Criminal Justice patients are “too hard” or “too time consuming”. They will recommend you take care of the charges first then call them for treatment. Here at our Christian Recovery Centers, we are not afraid of a challenge. We believe, based on our experiences with patients, we can do both so when you leave us, you are truly free.
